The new GSS will get a re-brand that will be designed by MGBC thru GromovMedia's design production division. Gromov Structure Studios has been confirmed as an official division of MGBC Films.
This meant MGBC is the only company who can use the "Gromov Structure Studios" term, and will restrict morphing to this trademark. In May 19th, 2022, in order to prevent stealers from overexposing the " Structure Studios" term, MGBC increased the Gromov Structure Studios trademark to protection by copyright. A name change for MGBC iBox Studios was also planned, with the possible name being MGBC Max Studios, in order to make a correct name for division specialized on MGBC Max original films. The new GSS will have an entirely brand-new identity designed in-house by MGBC Films through GromovMedia Design Studios. In April 29th, 2022, MGBC Films re-used the "Gromov Structure Studios" trademark and formed it's new division under the same GSS name. The deal has been approved as official, with the Cube/Surface merger has resulted in both MGBC Films and MFPictures creating a new subsidiary called CubeSurface Entertainment. In January 27th, 2022, MGBC Films discussed it's plan about Cube Studios and Surface Pictures with Marley21's Marley Fresh Pictures about what if Cube and Surface were merged into a joint venture between MGBC Films and MFPictures. This time it's now being rendered in Blender 3.0. The updated version of the MGBC Films on-screen logo was designed by GromovMedia Design Studios. In December 4th, 2021, MGBC Films introduced an updated version of it's on-screen logo with the lighting, flare and quality being updated. However, the MGBC Films logo will also appear in films produced by MGBC iBox Studios. In November 4th, 2021, MGBC Films revived GromovMax Films as MGBC iBox Studios, which will be used by MGBC Films to produce original films for MGBC Max. MGBC Films will co-produce the studios' films. In October 30th, 2021, MGBC announced that it creates MGBC Production Studios, a production studios group which includes 4 of it's studios: Green Street Productions, Apple Park Productions, Futuristic Buildings Entertainment and MG91 Entertainment. The name change made MGBC distance away from the logo remaking community, with MGBC Films' branding and style going original. Due to Matthew started to avoid the logo remaking community, in June 14, 2021, MGBC announced that Gromov Structure Studios has been officially rebranded to MGBC Films. In June 4, 2021, MGBC introduced a possible new name for Gromov Structure Studios, which is "MGBC Films", and also introduced a new logo for it. Starting with its creation, GSS had a prototype logo using normal structure, but later it has been modified to make the logo wider and more realistic.
